World Adventure // Travel Photography

This world adventure is flying by, I can’t quite believe it’s almost Christmas. I hope you’re all in full Christmas mode with shopping completed, trees all decorated, and the all important Christmas food shop done. We’re currently in Vietnam and will be here until the end of January, I have no idea what our Christmas will be like but we have Christmas films downloaded just in case I need a fix.

John and I have never been to Asia before and this is why such a large portion of our trip was reserved for this, three months in total. From what we have experienced so far in India, Nepal, Thailand and Cambodia this was definitely the right choice. We had the most amazing month in November exploring Thailand. What a place, no wonder so many people love it so much. We traveled to Bangkok, Koh Mak, Chang Mai, Kanchanabiri and Prachuap Khiri Khan. There were so many highlights for me: walking down the crazy busy streets in Bangkok, being incredibly lazy on the island Koh Mak, visiting the elephant sanctuary, eating incredible street food, and watching monkeys trying to steal John’s drink. Our full five and half months could easily have been spent in Thailand alone and I’m sure we will be back at some point.

Here are a few of my favourite photographs from our Thailand adventure.
