Victoria Baths Wedding
Serina and Adam held their Victoria Baths wedding back in the Summer. It seems like a lifetime ago already, now that Autumn is well and truly here.
I’ll start with a little bit of information about Serina and Adam. So they’re a couple of very cool cats, with bags of style and creativity, I knew this would be a treat for the eyes. On top of that they know to let loose and have a seriously good time, a trait I will always love in my couples. Their wedding definitely reflected they love of life and fun; it started with burgers for Adam, and ended with a conga led by Serina to You Can Call Me Al, perfect. The baths were bursting with beautiful colours(that Fletcher and Foley is a bit of genius when it comes to creating wedding florals) and personal touches.
Heartfelt Ceremony
So the day started over at Abode for preparations (with a trip to Byron Burger thrown in for the guys), before heading over to the baths in the campervans arranged my Serina’s parent’s as a lovely surprise. Walking in to the sounds of Arcade Fire, Serina’s Dad was without a doubt the proudest man in the room. A heartfelt ceremony took place on their rug they had brought from home, before walking back up the aisle grinning like Cheshire cats in a flurry of confetti.
I absolutely loved being a part of this day, I know I say that a lot but I genuinely mean it every time. Serina and Adam, you are a truly brilliant couple, thank you both so much for welcoming me like a friend into your lives. You’re never going to get rid of me now;)
The biggest of thanks to Lucy for second shooting with me, always a pleasure. It was lovely to work with the super talented Kevin and Sarah from Gauge Film, I can’t wait to see the finished film.
Anyway, enough waffling from me, here’s some photos.
