Website Brand Portraits
I love shooting website brand portraits for clients. It’s something I do a lot, and it’s always such an interesting process. I love to hear ideas and how people want to be seen authentically. As a small business owner myself I know the importance of putting your face out there, although I could probably do this a little bit more! As humans we want to know more about other, so featuring yourself on your own website is a must. I know that sounds obvious, but so many websites/social media accounts don’t actually feature the face of the person behind them.
Stella knows the importance of this. As a leader, facilitator and coach, she knows how connection is the force behind everything she does. She wanted nature to play a big part in her website design, so her images needed to reflect that too. We chatted on the phone to discuss ideas, and agreed that Padley Gorge in the Peak District would be the perfect spot for her shoot. A mixture of forest and open spaces, this gave us plenty of options to play around with. It was beautiful sunshine on the morning of the shoot, thanks nature.
