Model Test Session In The Studio

Here’s a little insight into Diarra’s model test session; a portrait session that flowed so well. Diarra first reached out to me hoping to gain some experience in front of the camera, as she was interested in becoming a model. She hadn’t don’t a professional session before, but had a huge amount of enthusiasm, so when the time was right we organised a portrait shoot together. This worked as a collaborative session, and a way her to gain experience and add to their portfolio. As you may already be aware, I love bright colours. I’m never afraid to clash and mix it up. I always think there’s something visually interesting about it, hopefully I’m not alone with that! Diarra understood the assignment perfectly.

I’m still completely amazed that this was her first portrait session. A complete natural in front of the camera, and with so much brilliant energy. I’m excited to see where things may lead to for her.
