Authentic Branding
Whether you’re a one person independent business owner, a two person team, or a 300 + organisation, having some business portrait photography to show the world who you are and what you’re about is key. Take Instagram for instance; I post images over there on a regular basis. In my line of work I obviously want to show off what I do, therefore I post a lot of images of other people. I also post the odd images of myself here and there too. I can guarantee that images of myself talking about what I’ve been up to, or just general view points, are always very popular. This is because we all want to know more about the person behind the business, that’s how we make our decisions about whether they are our kind, and if they’re someone we want to work with/give our hard earned cash too. Matt and Louis from Enabl got in touch with me ahead of their new business launch, as they wanted some natural non-stuffy images to represent their new project management consultancy.
Photographing Your Work Environment
Business portrait photography doesn’t need to be a white background, corporate affair. Unless of course you work in an all-white building, then it makes total sense! I mixture of portraits, the environment you work in, and the products you deliver, are much more beneficial in telling your potential clients so much more about you. With Matt and Louis we did just that. We took images at their office and surrounding area, before heading to one of their work sites.
