Brooklyn Travel Photography
Back in June I took a quick trip over to Brooklyn for some fun and a little rest, before things went crazy this side of the pond with weddings and other delights. Some of you may already be aware of my love for this city, I mention it quite a lot. If any of my wedding couples are going there on honeymoon I tend to get VERY excited on their behalf, then spend time stalking them on Instagram to see what they’re up to/where they’re eating, all the important stuff. It’s still my favourite city to walk around, I love how quickly areas change and how it’s such a huge cultural melting pot.
Film Photography
As with my recent other travels I left my digital camera at home and took to the streets with a few rolls of film. I really enjoy just taking my time shooting film, it definitely slows the whole photograph taking process down, which is perfect for a holiday break. Sadly a couple of film rolls got damaged in transit (you know they probably contained my greatest photographs ever, I’m trying to forget about it though) so I don’t have as many photographs as I would have liked, but I guess that just means I’ll have to go back again. Maybe that was a sign. Maybe you’re getting married there and want to take me with you? Lets talk if you are.
The following few photographs are a collection of things that made me smile on my wanderings.
