Sefton Park Palm House Wedding
I’ve been meaning to share this epic Sefton Park Palm House wedding with you for ages now, sorry. I’ve shared a few shots from it on my Instagram already and it’s proved quite popular, that’s possibly something to do with Lucy’s beautiful Rue De Seine wedding dress. Chris and Lucy married on a beautiful late Spring weekend, when all the spring flowers were in bloom and the temperature was just right. This was my first wedding at the Palm House but it has been on my venue hit list for quite a long time now. It is such a beautiful location for a wedding (and a dream to photograph in). There’s so much space and you’re surrounded by the most beautiful orchids, palms, and flowers.
Just the surroundings alone made this beautiful enough, but then Lucy and Chris sprinkled the place with their style magic. Bringing, wild animals, neon, and even more beautiful flowers (in the BEST vases) into the mix. It’s quite rare I mention a wedding cake, but the one created by Weenie Bakes was SO good. I couldn’t stop looking at it/dreaming about putting it in my car and driving home with it. I thinking everyone else was thinking the same too. The day flew by in whirlwind of laughter, sunshine, great food, and surprise mariachi. Lucy and Chris were a dream to photograph. After the nerves of the wedding ceremony disappeared and they were married, we went off for a little explore of the the park so they could get some time to themselves. If there’s a chance to do this on your wedding day at some point please do it. You might have a photographer come along with you but we’ll give you space I promise.
Thank you so much Lucy and Chris, you were a dream!
