I’ve decided to start a newsletter. Following on from my last blog post ramblings around communication, I put a poll out on my Instagram account recently with 3 different options; a newsletter, postcards and zine. The newsletter option won, so I’m going with it… although I’m going to bring the other options to life in some form just for the hell of it! I really want to build a bit of community around the love of photography and art, so let’s see what happens!
What will the newsletter include?
That’s a very good question! I’ll obviously talk about what’s going on in my photography world, perhaps share some of my most recent work, share offers, talk about any upcoming events etc. But I don’t want it to all be about me. I want to talk about what and who inspires me, and how we can look at the world around us to inspire. I’m also going to talk about techniques I like to experiment with, and share some hints and tips around that.
I would love some input from you though. What would you like me to talk about? Is there anything you’ve been wanting to ask me about my work, techniques, or life in general?! If you have a question please share it with me, and I’ll answer it in my next newsletter.
