The first blooms of Spring are out and I’m losing my mind with happiness! I’ve never been so excited to see a daffodil or some blossom in my life. This has been a long Winter, and whilst I usually don’t mind a bit of hibernation, I am very ready to feel revitalised by some Spring energy. If you’re new to my work, you might not know that flowers bring me a lot of inspiration in both life and work. So this time of year really fills up my creative cup. I took myself off for a little walk to Sheffield Botanical Gardens last week, armed with my Holga and some Lomochrome Purple, to see how things were popping off there!

It all got a bit weird and wonderful with the camera and film combination, but I love to play around with both. Nothing makes me happier than filling dark shadows with light and flowers!
