Pre Wedding Portraits on Film
Jess and Andy’s pre wedding portrait session on film in the Northern Quarter , Manchester. Now, those eagle eyed amongst you may realise that this portrait session is old. David Bowie was rocking the mural space on Stevenson Square, it was a really good era. This portrait session happened 10 years ago now, which feels crazy to me how time has flown by. The reason I’m showing this now is to show how ageless film can be. Sure, some things change; fashion, murals, and surroundings. A lot of the buildings we used as backdrops no longer exist, it’s changed a LOT in Manchester in that amount of time. but I think there’s something about the look and feel of film that can make images feel timeless. what do you think?

If you’re feeling a little nervous about having a photographer with you on your wedding day, a pre wedding portrait session on film could be a game changer. Not only will you all get to hang out and get to know each other better, but you’ll also know how it feels to have your photograph taken together. In return you’ll receive some timeless images to look back on. Please get in touch here if this is something you’re thinking about, I’d love to chat.
